Staff was friendly….. hotel is old and outdated, the mattress are hard and hard to sleep on.

I got to leave after 2 days

We were charged for the included breakfast, the room was over priced, the Internet was bad and not secure, the staff was too busy on their phones texting their friends to bother being helpful, after paying for our free breakfast it was terrible, I left multiple messages for the manager to call me and he or she never did, the pond in the front is full of algae and stinks - I could go on but I want to forget about this place.

Nice location; close to a cafe and easy to go to the city (by car).

No security guard, no staff to assist with baggage or parking when we checked-in and checked-out. Only one front desk staff available. The room was old. It gave a feeling of neglected room. The air conditioner was loud. You can hear the noise from the main road at night. There were stains in the closet. No kettle, tea/coffee, hairdryer, bath robe in the room. Only one bottle of water in the fridge for 3 guests. The front desk did not give any info about breakfast (which you have to pay separately), spa, facilities or anything unless asked. Judging from the cleanliness from the front door to the room, I would not like to join the breakfast anyway.

The room in the website and the actual room are totally different. The actual room is so scary and dirty. We got 2 rooms near the elevator, very noisy cannot be sleep well. If compare with the price, quite expensive.

Nice place, not to far from town centre. Have a modest breakfast but good to start the day with, at least for me!! Value for money.

Booking.com gave a higher price after reserving the booking, Tb1422,00 before reserving and Tb1620 after reserving. I know that booking.com is not always honest in its dealing with local governments, asking for support during the covid crisis but later on dissing out money to its shareholders, but cheating its customers is very bad. I have snips from this booking but cannot add those here.

SOUNDPROOF IS BELOW THE ZERO LEVEL. If you wanna sleep with no risk to get some noisy neighbors, just choose the other place. My luck was leaked that night. Extremely noisy and sharp scotch tape sounds. Staff was tried to call them two times, but no reaction. So, the staff is really helpless until you come downstairs by yourself and ask directly to change the room ?‍♂️

The breakfast is delicious and the staff are friendly. The room is clean and spacious.

Very happy with my stay. The girls in the spa were brilliant, and the massage was amazing.
